Membership & Contacts Module

Mondrian's membership module is a full featured CRM allowing you to manage a database of contacts and members.

The data that you store against each contact includes basic such as name and  contact details, beyond which it is configurable allowing you to declare all your required data classes.

Enter contact details yourself or allow online registration.

Contacts can be assigned a username and password to become web site members.

Role based secure site areas. Password protect any web page, document or image then govern access via defined groups of members.

With the membership module, its easy to set up an Intranet or Extranet website.

Optional Modules

In addition to standard functionality Mondrian has the following optional modules :

Workflow Module

Mondrian can enforce workflow for your web pages, for example from draft page authoring, through page approval to publish to archive. In tandem with the Security module, functions in the workflow chain can be restricted to certain groups of users.

Workflow enforces and monitors page locking (check-out and check-in) so that whilst one person is working on a page it cannot be altered by anybody else.

Versioning & Archiving Module

Keep track of all changes made to a web page.

Store all previous versions of a page and revert back to a version if required.

Languages Module

Allows multiple language versions of your site.

Once you have a site in one language you can replicate the structure for another language at the click of a button

Store meta data against resources (images, documents and external links) in different languages. For example one image might have a description in English and Spanish.

Security Module

Configurable dual level role based security model

Functionality security (eg allow some groups of users to publish content whilst other may only author content)

Ownership security (eg allow groups within your organisation to update only pages belonging to their group or business area)

In minutes you can set up a user account for a translator who only has access to Spanish versions of certain pages.

Mondrian's optional modules offer advanced functionality that you can add to your subscription package at any time. This functionality is not included in the basic Mondrian package in order to reduce costs for those who do not require advanced features.
