BPD Water and Sanitation
BPD is a world-wide network of partners involving government, donors, business and civil society which promotes the provision of water and sanitation services through multi-sector partnerships.
Dovelight designed and developed the website for this organisation. The BPD website is a continually updated resource of information and research on multi-sector partnerships. The site is available in English, French and Spanish language versions.

BPD use Dovelight's innovative Mondrian content management system. Mondrian allows managed, rapid web site updating through an easy to use browser based interface. Removing the costs and time delays involved in employing a web design agency to update the site, or the steep learning curves associated with training in traditional web authoring tools, Mondrian gives anybody with basic word processing skills the ability to maintain a web site.

Dovelight has recently developed a CRM/membership management system for BPD. Prospective members are able to register online, whilst a browser based interface allows the secretariat to manage the database. The system provides a centralised, secure repository for mission critical information allowing the secretariat to tailor and target web content and email newsletters to the requirements and interests of particular members.

Freshwater Action Network (FAN)
FAN is a global network of environmental and developmental Non-governmental and community based Organisations working to strengthen civil society's participation in international water policy formulation.
In addition to branding design, Dovelight designed and developed the website for this organisation. The focus of the site is on information sharing amongst members of the network and also to enable online management of network membership which is achieved through an online database. The site is a combination of static web pages containing freshwater advocacy reference material coupled with a more interactive members area which provides discussion forums and also enables members of the network to perform detailed searches of the membership database to find other members working in the same areas as themselves. Part of the site, which is restricted to the FAN Secretariat only, allows maintenance of the membership database and discussion forums and provides a sophisticated Email tool to facilitate communication with specific sectors of the membership.

GlaxoSmithKline
Dovelight designed and developed the GSK Drug database system. The system consisted of a database(Oracle 8i) to store detailed information on all therapeutic drugs available on the market. A web-based interface to GSK Drug, hosted on the GSK intranet, enabled searching, querying, and maintenance of the database by a broad userbase located in the UK and US. The database was designed to allow close integration with the GSK clinical trials reporting system.

Magmed
Dovelight provided (Oracle 8i and MS SQL Server) database consultancy and training to this New Media company as part of a project to develop a car fleet management system for a high profile client.

GE Global eXchange Services
Dovelight was involved in the design and development of an internet based b2b goods requisition system, the aim of which was to optimise supply chain management. An Oracle database provided the backbone of the system. A web-based interface coupled with an internet messaging system allowed for the initiation and subsequent tracking and receipt-acknowledgement of orders.
